🔍 Overview

Colossians 1 opens with Paul’s greeting and thanksgiving for the faith, love, and hope of the Colossian believers. He emphasizes the supremacy of Christ in creation and redemption, describing Him as the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation, and the head of the Church. Paul also prays for the believers to grow in spiritual wisdom and strength, so they may live lives worthy of the Lord and fully understand the hope of their calling.
